In my younger years I was always looking for an escape to feel good; partying, drinking and dancing the night away. I was not taking care of myself physically or mentally. I was always sick, unmotivated and stagnant. I wasn’t ready to give up the “party life” so I made one small change, as simple as substituting almond milk for cow milk in my fridge and that kickstarted something in my brain. I knew I had to make an even more drastic change in my life, to make my health a priority and I became sober in 2012. During that time I delved into yoga and that is when I discovered that I could use movement to gain clarity and use it as an outlet for the journey I had embarked on. This on-going passion to heal my body has led me to complete trainings and obtain certifications in many areas of fitness and wellness.

My journey is constantly evolving. I am learning how important it is to take care of my mental and emotional health as well. Therapy, medication, sleep and hydration work hand in hand with nutrition, movement and of course self-love and kindness each and every day. 

I love how I feel now – capable, confident, and strong.

Stephanie taught me to find strength and balance within myself. She brings a unique blend of extreme care for her clients, and robust expertise in her coaching: any misalignment is spotted and immediately corrected, any growth opportunity is seized, heavier weights come out when I need them to, and soothing yoga postures take over when appropriate. Her ability to adapt to what one needs, and where they are on their health journey, is truly remarkable.


Steph has been an incremental part of my fitness journey. On day one, Steph helped me to envision fitness goals which at the time seemed unattainable considering I didn’t have the stamina to jump rope for ten seconds. Since then, I have absolutely loved seeing the strides I’ve been with Steph’s help who has been nothing but supportive and reassuring. I’m proud to say that in a short few months I went from a clumsy jump roper to a finisher in my first triathlon with her help!


I started personal training sessions with Stephanie about 5 months ago and I couldn't be happier with my progress. After suffering from a back injury I felt pretty uninspired and hesitant to exercise for fear of re-injuring myself. Stephanie took my fears and physical limitations seriously and has created a routine for me that not only has me feeling better, but looking forward to my sessions.
